Q2: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order for testing, mixed samples are acceptable.
Q3: What about the lead time?
A: Sample order in 5-7 days, mass production in 15-30 days based on model and quantity.
Q4: Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes, we offer OEM and ODM service, it’s acceptable for mass production order.
Q5: What’s your payment term and delivery term?
A: Normally we accept T/T and L/C, 30% deposit and balance before shipment, delivery in Shenzhen Port, if any other requirement, please contact with your service person for negotiation.
Q6: Do you offer guaranty for your products?
A: Yes, we offer 5 years warranty for the whole LED Linear Lighting range.
Q7: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, we have strict IQC,IPQC,PQC,FQC,OQC procedure, strict quality control system, and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new materials or whole lamps for replacement with new orders in small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair and resend them with our freight, or we can discuss the solution including recalling according to real situation.
